This episode was probably the first time I really liked Wyatt calling Lucy "ma'am."

I think Time Travel 101 actually says that the changes made in the past will take as long to affect the present as they take the bad guys to make in the past, so that's how long the good guys have to get back to the past and stop them before the time change catches up to us in the present and possibly makes it

I like to think he was counting on Tetch shooting Valerie, that he tricked him into doing so by saying "shoot Lee," because he wanted to leave the doctor in a position to immediately help Valerie when she was shot.
