I don't think it's about hipness, I think it's about a kid who loves music and does so from an early age. Some of us exist that way. It just happens.

I think you're over thinking it … if that's the type of music a kid was exposed to in the home, and that kid is really into music (some of us are at a super early age) they probably would be doing this. I was really into Joni Mitchell when I was really young because my mom played Court and Spark a ton. I'm…
And yet Modern Family is STILL reviewed … gag.
Ugh, YES … Superstore is heads above Modern Family and yet they doggedly review that piece of doodie. Superstore is phenomenally funny.
Yeah black men have had issues with Cosby because of the respectability politics piece for a long time. That was Hannibal Burress's whole point when he blew up the Cosby issue in his stand up…. like THIS guy is gonna tell me to pull up my pants and not be a thug.
There's a great article on Vulture with the writer/producer about why they chose to do it this way. I don't think we'll end up skipping the grief, my understanding is that it will be re-remembered through those JTV flashbacks that we've come to expect and love.
Yep … I think it's much more in the B+-B range, rather than B- on a whole. Super entertaining and surprising
Actually, the entry music of the entire episode was NEW, in that it's from an album released within the last year. It's a symphony version of Amsterdam by Gregory Alan Isakov. He's americana/roots but it's not an oldie. https://www.youtube.com/wat…
I find nothing redeeming about that little dick on American Housewife. He's just a straight capitalist for apparently no good reason. He just flat out sucks … now that's a character that could use some development/growth.
You are correct … I missed that line initially. I concede your point.
Just what I said… thank you!
Are we really here talking about this …. like she doesn't know how heavy she is? That's the whole point.. Frankly it's not for you to give her labels or say what is or is not endangering her health. Did you get your medical degree lately?
I dunno… something about that mustache shows his crooked smile even more, and makes me love him all the more. So, if you don't want Mustache Jack - I'll take him!
Plus he's Schmidt's 2nd best friend …..
I'm pretty sure the longevity bet they're making is that the parents will end up in prison and Mick will get them because of that …. it still allows for their absence, while moving the story past "runaway parents."
IF you can find a friend with Prime ….
I don't find it hard to believe there would be different bad place variations. If you've seen other shows with hell, they do often seem to delight in creating new and interesting ways to torture people who come down. This makes sense in that same vein.
I am a long-time Graham follower, from back when they aired old episodes of his first chat show on Comedy Central. He really is just the best chat show host. It's not about him, but he takes such care to keep the conversation going and to spark topics. More Graham less Jimmy(s).
Loved Zeke's addition on the end there!
She had EVERY opportunity to dispel that, but it was her ideas that made it bad, so it wasn't exactly a good plan to say, wellllll she didn't contribute so this mess was all me :)
