Yup. The show is keeping us from knowing what evidence is available and will be used. We have no idea if the defense will make a point of Naz's cleanliness or if there is evidence that someone else had been in the home.

Right. I'm not saying he's a bad guy. But he is different from the kids who wouldn't steal the cab, throw another person down a flight of stairs, and do hard drugs.
I get what you're saying, and feel that way about it sometimes. But it's got me hooked.
He smuggled drugs into prison. Stone warned him that it's all over if he ever gets caught doing that.
I haven't totally lost faith in him, but he's making it harder.
Maybe he was naked when he had sex and stabbed the girl in bed, then he took a shower and dressed before he fell asleep in the kitchen. The fridge was open, so maybe he was getting a something and then he felt too intoxicated and sat down at the table to rest a minute but ended up passing out there.
Whether he did it or not, I don't see how he gets off the charges. He was caught with what looks like the murder weapon, and there are no other suspects. It's possible there is some evidence that could bring in some doubt (blood evidence?), but it would be pretty lame if the defense has something and the show is…
With just three episodes left, I don't see how this could end well for Naz.
