I was actually hoping he'd land the singing gig in Velvet Revolver. I'm not a Slipknot fan but I remember interviews with them back in 1999 in Metal Maniacs where they would say how they'd tell their fans to go listen to Obituary and Malevolent Creation records to hear their influences, and I always thought that was

If we're going into "albums that Dio sang on", then you need all of his work with Rainbow too, particularly Rising.

The 1992 album with Dio, Dehumanizer, is also awesome.

That's not rare. They still spell it like that even on the re-presses.

This reminds me of the dumb, dumb interview with Corey Taylor from Slipknot in "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey", where he says something like, "You can't think of Black Sabbath without thinking of inverted crosses." Sabbath NEVER utilized upside-down crosses, only upright crosses. They were NEVER satanic.

The tag team match was a good tag team match. Ziggler vs. Sheamus was a decent match until the stupid ending. I enjoyed Ambrose vs. Harper.

His trunks have said the phrase "Over It" for about, what, a year now? I think that speaks highly of where he's at mentally.

I'm with you. Owen was really never over enough to be considered WWF Champion material, except during his feud with Bret. After the Austin piledriver debacle, he never really made it past the midcard. I don't remember anyone ever saying or thinking "Owen Hart for WWF Champion" during his life, it just seemed like

To me, that's giving Michaels a lot of early credit. Yes, he stole the show at Wrestlemania X with Razor, but I don't think Vince ever thought "He's my next top guy" while the gigantic Kevin Nash was by his side. Vince was always going to give Diesel the shot first.

It also made Ambrose look like kind of a punk too. Wouldn't the "lunatic fringe" just want to beat up the guy who cost him the match? Dolph the character is kind of an asshole, so you can still have two jerk-ish babyfaces fight each other, can't you? Or is that too much for the 8 year olds in the audience to

His matches were pretty terrible at the time, that's why. I was at SummerSlam 2006 and Batista had to re-do the Batista Bomb spot live because they terribly botched it the first time around. I loved the character, don't get me wrong. His horribly repetitive theme music, Sharmell's shrill "All hail King Booker!"

I really wish they had at least both come back covered in ketchup and mustard, for continuity's sake.

He was great in that handicap match against Vince. When they had the spotlight walk him down the entrance way, I could not contain my laughter.

Seeing WTF in your comment made me really wish we could hear Marc Maron interview L. Ron Hubbard in the garage.

Jean-Ralphio rapping about Betty Draper: "B to the E to the T T Why? Because she's so dope, because she's so fly… and sexy."

Wow. I've re-watched most episodes at least 2 or 3 times and I must have missed that part every time (or assumed she was talking about the doctor still). Thanks for clarifying, because when she said "twice" in this episode, I just thought they were throwing that in there as a new revelation.

The volume of the original episode is so low in the mix that it doesn't bother me. When the conversation lulls in the commentary and then something comes up on the original episode that is wildly unrelated (the Dire Straits song) it is so goddamn funny.

I watched the episode of No, You Shut Up! with Andy Daly last weekend and it was absolutely hilarious. Andy Daly's Life Hacks are the best. "Aren't you tired of how cell phone technology is always changing and you always need to buy a new case for your phone? Life Hack: A Rotisserie chicken works great as a cell phone

My first episode was the Lauren Lapkus episode. About 30 seconds in, I realized "Oh, so this is just a podcast where really funny people tell a lot of outlandish lies and keep embellishing them beyond belief?" And I came to love it. I downloaded a lot more back episodes featuring comics whom I love, and I haven't

Yeah, Brittain minus Killam wasn't as good as their joint appearances together.
