Ah, that makes more sense. I guess it just irks me that these guys are on a major platform for their podcast about pro wrestling, and they didn't deem one of the best shows of the year important enough to view in time before their recorded discussion. At least they have a sense of humor about it. Like I said, I could

He seems to have fully embraced the brainwashing, but it doesn't bother me that much. He doesn't seem to try and push it on other people; he even mentioned specifically how Triple H doesn't have any particular faith, and they are still close friends.

And it was 2.5 times as long!

Why did they even bother reviewing it? Just because the wrestling zeitgeist this week demanded it? Shoemaker seems like he "follows" NXT in that he reads recaps, but Rosenberg seems like he doesn't care about the minor leaguers in NXT to be honest. I obviously haven't listened to Cheap Heat this week, but just reading

Cross was clearly having fun, I mean we got multiple appearances of Chicago Guy!

I was waiting for the Losesome joke the whole time, and it came in so late, but it was worth it.

If he makes no distinction between a character and his actual human self, he's Harris Wittels.

Stroud is by far my favorite and most entertaining wrestling blogger. I also like the guys at cagesideseats.com/wwe

The Austin and Jericho intros he does always kill me. Even the JR one, though I don't listen to JR's podcast, was really funny.

Chico was my favorite Horatio character, second only to Dante Frennel, Soundproofer to the Podcast Stars. He only hung around for 5 minutes but his insistence on turning everything into a 60s protest song had me dying.

Jerry Minor does a GREAT Artie Lange impression.

That 64 thing just made me laugh from imagining all the ridiculous possibilities. Kids being actually funny in school is never not funny to me. I was a substitute teacher and when a kid could generally make me laugh with a clever joke, it was the highlight of my day.

The part that made me inexplicably laugh the most was when Braunger made the worst Italian joke of all-time.

Were you a little boy, with big boy dreams?

Oddly enough, Rosenberg is a guest on today's Steve Austin Show podcast. I'm going to have to recap this on my roundup for next week, but so far this is far more enjoyable than his Cheap Heat gimmick.

You're exactly right. He didn't come out and say, "Don't blame me if you don't like the show, it's all on Vince!" literally, but that's basically what he was saying.

Yeah, Wrestlemania IX was really the beginning of the end for that era. While they redeemed everything for a while with Wrestlemania X, the Backlund-to-Diesel switch was just insulting to Hitman fans. I liked Wrestlemania XII, but the babyface Michaels era left a LOT to be desired. I can't even imagine how bad the

They definitely work well together and have a good rapport. I just can't stand "maj" and "adjace", I guess.

Didn't realize they dropped a new episode (I'm behind on updating my iTunes podcast feed today), but I'll most certainly check that out. All of their non-PPV review episodes have been fantastic.

He's one of my favorite guests. His character concepts inherently make me laugh, and when he gives up on the character and voice after 20 minutes, it's even funnier to me.
