There is a difference, and it's not quite as bad, but considering how many people out there watch the show but haven't read the books, it's kind of a dick move to post a huge spoiler on a social network site that potentially TONS of people could unwittingly read just 20 minutes before the episode actually airs.

Ha! I was hoping he'd find a way out too. For a second there I actually thought, "Okay, Oberyn can still get out of this and just live with being blind. That wouldn't be so bad," because I really really didn't want him to lose. Then the Mountain's fingers went all the way into his skull and I knew it actually was all

That's a cool take and I agree they would make more sense, but it kinda seems like Monica and Jared have (or would have, if they were in scenes together more) even less chemistry than Monica and Richard.

I really really didn't like Erlich at first, I think because he was so fucking obnoxious I couldn't understand why any of them would want him to be part of the company. I almost had an aneurism when Richard made him a board member. Now, though, he's clearly a valuable and integral part of the team, and I think much

That's true. They could have panned over to Cercei's thrilled face as we heard his head being smashed offscreen.

God, no.

Me too. I tried to watch it all, but at a certain point I thought WOW HE IS STILL GOING and had to look away.

Honestly, I stopped watching Hannibal because it's just too gory for me. I think it's really beautiful and I wish I could like it, but man the stuff they show is just too gross. Makes my stomach turn. So I completely believe that Hannibal has shown stuff that is at least as disturbing as Oberyn's death.

A small part of me is actually looking forward to it.

Yeah, I really think that was the goriest, grossest, and possibly most disturbing thing I have ever witnessed on television.

I'm curious—did his head also explode in the books, or is that added to the show?

I am SO HAPPY that people who say Sansa is stupid can now politely eat their fucking words.

Agree with all of this, except that I'm gonna have to say that the delightful Oberyn getting his head smashed by the Mountain was far, far more devastating than old Jorah getting exiled. (Although I did feel bad for Jorah. But come on. Oberyn got his eyes gouged out by a psychopath.)

I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. Jaime fucked his sister and pushed a little boy out of a window in the first episode—do you still hate him? Character development is SUPPOSED to happen on TV shows. Sansa was a brat at first, but now she's awesome and, I think, really sympathetic, and it's part of what makes GoT so

Yeah I've been watching it on the internet in various sketchy places. I didn't know it was on Youtube. Anything is available in the U.S. if you look hard enough.

Yeah, I don't really know where they could go from here without undoing everything with Rae and Finn. Series 2 was such a perfect reaction to them getting together, because I totally think that's exactly what would happen in their situation.

I'm so happy My Mad Fat Diary got mentioned! That show is delightful.

Do you watch The Fosters? That's a good ABC Family show about a niche subculture as well.

HA! I just have to add, completely superfluously: St. Ray Ray's Blatholic Church.

Oh man they should really bring Stevie back for an episode next season!
