Yay another Austinite!
Yay another Austinite!
In the US anyway a sad truth is dogs are pretty high up on the list of causing fatalities. Worldwide, King Cobra. A seven milliliter shot of their venom is enough to kill an elephant.
So you're saying it's ok for the other person to have hit a vehicle and ran? Did they know who was driving? It could have been someone driving a sick kid through a make-a-wish foundation. Regardless of the fact that he has money and can afford multiple vehicles, it's never ok to hit and run.
Unless you break bones or have injuries that cause immediate impact, you would have to take it to trial which takes even longer, meanwhile you have to pay out of pocket for visits to the doctor. The insurance company know this and will "wait it out" because most people can't afford to drag things out and have to…
I did sue. You can't get something out of a person who's got nothing. The insurance company dragged it out for a few years and I got next to nothing, just enough to cover my medical expenses but I did also get the diminished value, still that was only a couple grand. As an added bonus I have herniated discs in my…
Not true. It doesn't matter if you're in the 1% or 99%, hit and runs are not okay...EVER.
Or they just don't care about demerits. I got hit by someone driving a car they didn't own and a suspended license. They ran a red and smashed the back end of my previous WRX. I miss that wagon.
Yes they all come with a Bluetooth connector. No you don't have to have a smartphone, but it's nice if you want to sync during the day since the only time the Fitbit syncs is when it's in range of the connector and your computer is on and connected to the internet.
Also Subaru ;)
You're a good person in my book. I wouldn't be surprised if there are sales people out there that might have turned around and said we're not taking that deathtrap minivan. Empathy, there's not enough of it in this world.
Best I can tell that Camry driver speeds up as the truck is getting ready to change lanes. The truck comes into that lane a little, the Camry avoids it and then in a fit of rage, spears the truck.
I did exactly that. That is my lawyer got them to pay that out. It was a separate payment and none of it went towards his fees.
Knock on wood. I'm on my third WRX since 2003 and have yet to get a ticket. Then again I don't usually speed...anymore. Though in the last 11 years I have been stopped twice in small towns for no front plate, but both times I was given a warning.
It's no secret that Dyson makes some of the best vacuums around, and Woot has several different refurb models on sale today.
Free maintenance for 2 years isn't what made me buy my WRX. It's my third one since 2003 and I'd have bought it anyway. If something is wrong with the car during the free maintenance time, well it's all covered by warranty anyway.
I don't know about that Whitson, I got home from work and ABC world news was covering all the new apple products
