The Fraser version of The Mummy is delightful. I don’t care what anyone says. It’s a great mixture of action and romance and comedy. And Fraser and Rachel Weisz are freaking delightful together. People who don’t like this movie are just wrong.

Do you have children? Rationally I agree with you, but as a parent I’m not sure I could just accept my baby dying without knowing I did everything humanly possible to try to save them. It’s primal.

As I have written before, my daughter died when she was five in 2011, two months after being diagnosed with an inoperable and malignant brain tumor. There is no cure for her type of tumor - DIPG - and current treatments do little more than extend life for a few months.

I really liked The Mother. I didn’t want her to die. The ending didn’t work with where the show ended up. Whenever I watch reruns, I conveniently skip the last season.

I was more of a Robin + Anyone Else Far Away for life. I know, I know. They filmed the reaction from the kids back in the first or second season when Robin was still tolerable, but OMG she got really fucking annoying later on in the show.

Every once and a while my cousin and I will randomly message one another about how mad we still are about the end of HIMYM. I feel personally victimized.
