I think Donna's point is that the possible reintroduction of a major character from Breaking Bad (Gus) took a back seat to Chuck's story. That's how I read it, anyway.
Nacho (Ignacio Varga) was not in Breaking Bad, but he was mentioned by name when Walt and Jesse take Saul out into the desert. So I think he lives.
