2 ft seems rather significant to me. 4" sounds less so, but when you are trying to climb up into the truck bed, I’m sure that 4" will become very noticeable.

Remember when GM had Compact Pickup Trucks? It’s pretty easy to fit a V8 in your smallest truck when your smallest truck is the size of the previous generation’s full size truck. 

if you pay $3-4k for this $1K car, you get what you deserve (a shitty car that is going to shit the bed in about 10k miles. these cars were engineered to last 100-120k miles and then fall apart)
