My thoughts too. Thought it was odd she was celebrating considering Arizona doesn’t observe DST and this bill even includes a provision that allows for Arizona (and Hawaii) to continue NOT observing it. Don’t know what she’s cheering for exactly. She’s useless.

The article is exactly wrong. The bill would make DST PERMANENT, not get rid of it. There would be no more time changes though.
