This is probably geared for college students as Plan 1b if it doesn’t attract yuppies. Bars, restaurants, shopping, multi-use path, ASU campus, and town lake are all a short e-scoot ride away. Light rail next door can be ridden to airport, uptown, and downtown PHX.

The development is right next to the Apache Blvd light rail station. Also, this is a prime off-campus ASU housing area. Probably 75%+ of the residents will be college students. There’s also a period of the day that isn’t usually extreme temps. It is called nighttime.

It’s the ASU campus area. Ride share e-scooters are plentiful there.
