If I were in a gender-hostile workplace, maybe. But I work with rational people who view colloquialisms for what they are, not as gender-baiting “hate words”.

Bad: Doesn’t measure in meters (tenths of a mile)

Yesterday’s Audi is Today’s VW is Tomorrow’s Skoda.

From there, Rimowa likely had an opportunity to take some kind of action, but since going after the exporter is a costly pain in the butt (as is the middle-man, Amazon), they chose the easier target: Reed. He got flagged for importing counterfeits...

I prefer getting the right cord for the country from Monoprice or SFCable (and others) on Amazon... It annoys me more than it should that these universal adapters never seem to include grounding pins, and the cables tend to be easier to pack and don’t hog up the power strip at the office when multiple out-of-towners

Finally, in 1998 at about 260,000 miles on the 2.8L V6, the timing belt finally gave out and we donated the car to my high school’s

Airborn. They are... born in the air?

“Budget Moving” explains it all.

He responded: “I didn’t know it was doing this ... Nobody told me it was doing this.”

It’s not uncommon for airlines to do little easter eggs with flight numbers. For example, United Flight 777 is a flight from Las Vegas to Denver. United Flight 101 goes from San Francisco to San Diego (somewhat mirroring US Highway 101) ... things like that.

I’m talking about curb weight, not the actual vehicle’s relationship to the Fiesta (completely unrelated, obviously).

With a curb weight (2,788 lbs) similar to a modern Ford Fiesta (2,720 lbs), and a backend probably lighter than a popcorn fart, I can see how 80hp would provide modest hoonability.
