I know everyone has their own experiences, but I have been using an m11x since it hit the market. Yes, I had horrible hinge issues, but you know what? Every time I had an issue, they sent someone TO MY WORK to fix it. I had to replace a power supply, and replace the entire top thanks to version one of the hinges.
