Actually, I'm hoping the offtopic hashtag gets used sparingly. I've had many good conversations with many great people on io9 that have spiraled from on topic posts.

Is Racer 5 good? I saw it at a local distributor and they wanted $55 for a case of cans. Seemed steep (though I have paid much more for good beer).
