I live up in Quebec Canada, I lived my Baja races on the couch with his voice narrating the things that trackers can’t show.

FUCK.

At least get a picture of the GTE rather than the GTB.

Newsflash for ya, Linda: Porsche won overall at Le Mans, and a German Porsche Team RSR beat the AF Corse Ferrari 488 in GTE-Pro. Anyway, what’s with the brand hate? What are you, 12? “The racecar you like sux, the racecar I like is way better, here’s some pix.” Can’t just appreciate good cars for what they are, eh?

Oh, they might not know. But the graphic designer they hired, who has now fled with their money, knew full well what he/she’s doing.

Butterfly in the sky! I can go twice as high!

Nothing good ever happens when the Eagles come to town.

Thank gawd for Mahk! I saw him at LAX as we were running to catch a plane. I couldn’t remember a damn thing so I just yelled “I like your work!”

Haha, man before I even started writing this I knew there would be many things I’d get flamed for getting wrong. My sources were FJ forums, Toyota’s corporate site, Wikipedia and other FJ sites. Lots of contradictory info out there.

Yes, I owed and daily drove a 77 FJ40, in Alaska, for over 2 years. Still wish I had it....

Ready? The predecessor to the FJ40 was the FJ25, not FJ20 as stated in the article. See - didn’t take long at all!!!

Just here to watch the yota nerds correct something about your article. (They always find something)

I’m going to go through every response, look for someone mentioning that “he deserved it because Lycra,” and then go and find my own 31-ounce Louisville Slugger

What’d this guy do to deserve such treatment? Crowd the box? Steal 2nd with a big lead in the 8th?

Where did this happen? Baseball bats seem unlikely to be especially common in France/Belgium.

Socialism, 100 years of winning!!!

I really don’t think “firing” is the right word here. I mean, the government seized the factory. I know it’s a game of semantics, but the place of employment no longer belongs to the employer, so shouldn’t it be the responsibility of ones who took control of the physical place/equipment to now employ the workers?
