Yep, pretty cool. I'd take a J8. I got to drive one around for a while when it was on loan to Overland Journal. A diesel Jeep with 3 times the normal duty cycle. That's the one I'd want. :-) http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/…

Jeep JT from 2007. That ones been around a while. Here you go:

I'll try and find the LB numbers because it was a few years back, but the Donahoe Racing stock mini Tacoma was a pig after it was all caged, gussetted, fuel cell, etc. Drove like hell compared to a stock truck. Broke more often as well once all the weight of a much heavier truck was put on the Tacoma

I can say from experience that a Stock Full or in my case Stock Mini is really a pretty long way from stock. The plus, it's strengthened from the roll cage (And little bits of gusseting all over) and the suspension is much better than stock. The negative, it weighs a crap ton more than a stock truck. Still, I love it

Not that I don't love the thing. It's completely awesome

On the 37 miles of mostly graded roads out of town.

I'm just glad that on the list of shit to worry about Homeland Security is at this level. Really, there is nothing else more important?

That poor 1600 car got dusted out big time by the Dakar truck. Haha!
The Hummer's do the same thing. They move slow and throw up a WALL of dust that's hard for the 80HP little 1600 cars to get through. Plus, when we'd bump them to pass it seemed like they barely felt it.
Thankfully 1600 cars start WAY ahead of all

I think it's good any time a big name shows support for a car or truck I like! So that's good stuff. Some people like to buy things as a package and keep it simple so this will be great for them.
I think for me, I'd get the Procede/Vishnu setup with a Phantom Charger and call it a day. Seems to be a great setup and

I agree. I have to watch SNORE videos to see buggies really getting beat up and racing it out. It may be because I race a 1600 or because Trophy Trucks float over most of the tough stuff, but limited classes are much more fun to watch IMO.

Thanks man. Oak Creek will never look the same. :-(

Thanks for sharing. A good reminder that whether it's too hot, too cold or I'm just feeling tired or lazy "PEDAL DAMNIT" and you'll feel better than you did...

Just the tip? That's never enough.

You're on the wrong forums. Just as with the car world the majority of folks are responsible and respectful in the 4x4 world. Sure, people who want to will believe everyone is a street racing Fast and Furious wannabe when it comes to cars. Same with Off Highway, but with a different mental image of a redneck doing a

Always a good time, but DAMNIT it's too expensive to race SCORE anymore.

For now, it's staying put, but each year they take a look at spots in the southwest.
