Ah, I see what you're saying. Online-only editing doesn't have a "track changes" feature. I'm used to opening the document in the Word client.

Also, the free PC version does not record audio — one of my most-used features — or attach files to pages.
Important caveat: the free version offered here works only with Notebooks stored on OneDrive/SkyDrive folders. To work with other local folders and notebooks (such as notebooks created on earlier versions of OneNote), you need the full Office version.
