As someone who has had to deal with LEOs being fucking lazy and possibly racist, I can tell you that the quality of such reports varies from incident to incident. If the report is half asses, then the state has nothing to go on. If you really are a LEO, you’re either really green, ignorant, or one of those douchebags…
