How do you know the Cubs and Cavs titles weren’t caused by Trump’s candidacy throwing everything out of whack?

Between the Cubs winning the World Series and Cleveland winning an NBA title, as much as the year sucked overall I think 2016 was a great year for sports.

I disagree with the idea that people should only have opinions on groups they belong to. I’ve heard people call Sheldon Cooper an offensive stereotype of people on the autism spectrum, but I’m on it myself and think he’s a great character even though he’s played by a non-autistic actor(I don’t know if any of the

Is nostalgia really a widespread thing in JJ’s works or just Star Wars?

Is HBO Max run by Kinja?

Anyone else here seen the Netflix show Carmen Sandiego with Gina Rodriguez doing the voice of Carmen?

“barely tolerable” compared to what?

I don’t think the expression is problematic. Sure, it was originally used in a work that many have called anti-Semitic, but today I don’t think it’s generally used in anti-Semitic contexts.

I don’t think that’s a good analogy unless you’re saying organizations with bad policies should be eliminated rather than improved.
