Abby was on SNL for almost 4 years. Is that considered a short stint now?

I just got a 30-day free trial for showtime.com to watch Twin Peaks: the Return even though I only watched the original 7-8 years ago.

How exactly are they familiar with 9/11? Just asking because I assume people in their early 20s would barely remember it if at all.

One thing I think sucks about the “just asking questions” people is that they’ve given license to some people to dismiss any questions they don’t like as “JAQing off.”

I was kinda surprised he hired Jeff Richards just a year after he was on MADtv for only a few episodes; I assumed it would be a blow to Lorne’s ego to hire someone MADtv let go of so quickly. At least with Taran it was almost a decade after he was on MADtv and after it had been cancelled.

One thing that surprised me is that IIRC Key never mentioned MADtv. The only time I can remember SNL even referencing MADtv was this one time Seth referenced his brother Josh being on that show.

COVID’s made surprisingly little difference in what I watch; I watched the whole run of The Last Man on Earth less than 2 months after the pandemic started, and I spent late last year and early this year watching the whole run of 24.
