Yes but he was passing the vehicle on the right before the vehicle had vacated the lane
Or that the car was changing lanes out of, and aborted the change as the motorcyclist moved into the partially occupied lane that was still technically the cars.
It kind of reminds me of germaphobic parents who freak out over their kid playing in the dirt, when in reality the kid’s immune system is probably benefiting from being exposed to new germs. So thanks lawyers — I guess you’re the germs that we needed to strengthen our autonomous tech immune system!
Seems like the car hadn’t completed it’s lane change and decided to abort, something a human driver could just as easily have done. I’m usually pro-motorcyclist having ridden more than driven in my time but the motorcyclist is at fault here.
This one shows the Bolt making some inconsistent lane choices, including a recurring tendency to take the left-most forward lane, regardless traffic.
It is ironic that personal injury litigation might be the one major hurdle to autonomous tech which has the potential to save thousands of lives each year.

Yeah my little sister switched to USAA a while ago and loves it as well.
Why don’t they simply get more money?
My father-in-law drives a Civic. He also threatens to give it to me.
Which generations are eating laundry detergent again?
Bullshit. As much as I’d like to think that we’re not going to repeat the mistakes of our elders, we are most certainly going to spend stupid amounts of money trying to capture our youths or get the youths we *wish* we had - just like our elders.
Hey, fuck you.
