It’s a start. Back when I got into the best shape of my life, I started by running ~1 mile 5-6 days a week. If you do it consistently, running 3-4 miles a day eventually becomes quite easy and relaxing instead of painful and difficult.

to be fair they have been brutalized by absurd injuries, having to constantly backfill and now they are stuck paying jrue holiday, a very nice man, 30 million a year.

we are actually in SF as well and have heard some good things about our placing options for our neighborhood, but the thought of ever paying for private school seems insane.
