When I lived in the UK, I saw a fair few of the pre-facelift kicking about. I’ve NEVER seen one of the newer ones though. I know it had its flaws but I really think that grille killed the desirability quite a bit.

They may be allowed to demonstrate and show the cars, possibly even arrange for delivery in another place, but I assure you it is not legal to physically sell them unless through a dealer network in Texas.
