HITT IT!
HITT IT!
weird. i been jamming 'remain in light' in the car for the past month.
this episode needed a pasta-making scene. isn't that supposed to be their thing?
i'd have taken that over a pyjamas dance party any day.
they were speculating about the paris agreement yesterday. today, the speculation is about cuba, no?
ohhhh, so this is from what they're trying to divert attention?
maybe season three will prove you right, but i don't understand this interpretation at all.
what is interesting about it - maybe poorly developed? - is that they
were friends first. so unlike the 'dating' episode, they interact
and get to know each other as friends without the 'dating audition' facade.
i could tell where they were going with chef jeff from the beginning. i was really really hoping that they wouldn't have him hitting on francesca, though. thank goodness they didn't, that would have been a little too much of a gratuitous pile-on.

i think you've said just the right amount. i might even ask for more.
i agree with everything you say, and i'll still add that there is a deliberate US media bias against venezuela.
i think it's more of a situation of contrasting actual consent with what is perceived as consent. consent is quite simple, as most of us know. but then there are entitled folk who ridicule the concept, and as a result, it becomes this weird ridiculous transaction…. which is kinda the point, since they don't view it as…
plot and writing aside, there's some beautiful film-y stuff going on here. one of my favourite shots of the season: 'dance dance dance' at arnold's dj party.
reminded me of dario argento gore
maybe the film people here can help with this question: is it a writing thing or an editing thing that makes francesca such a vague character, or their 'romance' so unfulfilling?
i mean, we know the writing on this show can be excellent. we know alessandra mastronardi is fantastic, and she has great chemistry with…
