Sounds like my brother’s biological father. My brother and I look nothing alike (he’s 100% SE Asian, I’m half). When people would inevitably put two and two together when meeting us they’d ask if he has ever connected with his birth father. He’d tell them the only dad he’s ever had or needed was the one we share.
