Depends .... do I have an internet connection? If not, it would have to be a game like Red Dead Redemption, with an endless open world, and infinite side-quests. If I'm connected, it would probably be FFIV. I couldn't play a shooter forever.

While I don't necessarily disagree with you, I would only add that Heavy does have something I personally find interesting that other games should have more of: multiple path storytelling where choices actually effect outcomes and endings. Heavy Rain didn't even do it all that great either, but in it's own way it did…
