It took me years to come to grips with having PTSD - like a lot of folks I bought into the idea that Liberia and especially Somalia weren’t “real” conflicts (This was pre Blackhawk Down and no I am not a Ranger or Delta). It just takes time, she will come to it on her own, trust me.

I started keto about a month ago and I am down ~20 pounds so far. Also gave up soda so I am sure that helps. It has been (for me at least) incredibly easy to do.
