I still don’t understand why so many Americans are against the traffic circle. I live in Jersey and there aren’t that many, but those that we have feel more efficient and free flowing than stop signs. I like using them.

I owned a 2006 CLS55 AMG for 8 years. It was the most reliable car I’ve ever owned in my life. Honestly probably had to fix maybe 5 things on that vehicle ever. Many of them I did myself, NONE of them were done at the dealer. These problems were cheap to fix, the car was a joy to drive. I love AMG benzes. I do think

Your take is perfect... Except. VW looked at the CLS and said... damn that’s one sweet ass ride and then copied the shape verbatim.

This is the post of posts sir. Very detailed, accurate, and what most of us come to the site for. Its this kind of content that makes all the crappy comments worth sifting through.

The SC400 I can agree with. I always loved those when they were new. They were a bit too pricey for me back then, but now you can get one dirt cheap. They have the legendary Toyota reliability and they are beautiful plush GT cruisers. Although swapping out the head unit might not be super easy its a quick way to bring

I’m not sure telling users to disable USB is a viable stop gap measure. You realize most peripherals at the moment are USB (yes I know not Bluetooth ones). So telling people that they shouldn’t use their mouse/keyboard/etc. doesn’t work. Also for the average user this isn’t a concern as they are the only ones with

Thanks... now I’m on google trying to find one of these made from a 99-02 WS-6 Trans-Am.... I don’t know why... but I need to see it.

They might be claiming supply chain issues, but I’m going to guess that’s the tactic MB corporate has chosen to transition to an all electric future without giving their high end customers an avenue to complain. As a huge fan of V8 motors and especially AMG’s, this news is truly sad. This is the official end of an

I’m seeing so many people posting on here blaming the road design and the signage. Only in America are we going to blame the infrastructure when we clearly have a case of an insane driver doing race track speeds on a local street and ignoring 15 MPH turn signs. Yeah totally the civil engineer’s fault for poor

I’m pretty sure the Vette could do that turn at 60 MPH. The problem is he was doing 3X that. I’ve done tighter turns than what I’m seeing on the google maps street views in less capable vehicles than a C8. That dude either totally missed the turn speed sign or was drunk or totally distracted. That’s an insane speed

Yup, that thing looks about as long as my buddy’s wife’s GMC Yukon XL (Extra Long Edition). I do have to say when you need to haul a ton of shit and kids and other stuff and still have space left over it certainly does the trick.

I came to write pretty much exactly this... Watching them all put their feet down to stop at the end is definitely what makes the video 100%. The dude with the minifridge roped to his back is 2nd place though.

Nope, its not Russian. At first the guy’s appearance also made me think it was going to be one of the former soviet countries from the South of the old USSR, but that wasn’t Russian. Sounded Chinese to me actually.

Dude... the E46. I had that. E46 M3 to be exact with a manual. I bought it after I got rid of my 2001 WS6 Trans AM which was around 400+ HP at the crank. I then ended up putting an ESS supercharger on the M3. Dynoed at about 465 HP crank after that. Wild ride, first and second gears were always short on traction.

I find it funny how much people are afraid of owning used German luxury cars. I guess I should be happy because its that very fear that makes their depreciation curve so lovely for me. I’ve been buying beemers and benzes at the 5 year mark for a long time and having a fabulous experience. I get that my experience is

Yup, agree with you completely. Its also tough for them to get out because as others have mentioned its seen as weakness to admit that you’re not able to handle the job mentally. And again you’re right that the inconvenience and difficulty of finding another line of work is absolutely the better option over being

Damn man, when you put it that way it does seem crazy that more of them don’t just leave the job. I think a lot of them have always wanted to be cops and can’t really imagine or think of another job they can do. That’s not a great excuse either, but think about it. When you’ve dedicated a large percentage of your life

Yeah man, every cop that I know or have talked to has stories. From what I’ve heard just existing in those kind of negative situations shift after shift year after year.... just hollow you out over time. Breaks you down. I mean there’s some places that are easy to work, just chill and give out speeding tickets... but

The cops I’ve met all told me its 20 or 25 years for them to get full benefits, but I’m sure that varies depending on where you live/work. If they do the full time though its pretty cush from what I hear and you can always get another job. They do well enough if you can make it through unscathed.... Again tough job,

What sucks is that those cops that can recognize that their nerves are frayed or are starting to have PTSD or other mental/emotional effects from their job are not always given the proper outlet to retire early and leave the force. I know one particular cop (friend of a friend) who went through a tough situation. A
