I think Jinkx made a good point when speaking with Nina. If you have an older reference like Harvey Fierstein or JoAnne Worley, it’s not going to connect unless it’s funny. It reminds me of how I hadn’t yet seen Grey Gardens when Jinkx did Little Edie, but still found it funny.
