This isn’t going to work because you have the relationship wrong. YouTube is not the employer of content creators, it is the store they are sold in. Why would the store be considered the employer of the people who make the products sold in the store?

The Extended LOTR movies added a little over 2 hours of running time to the Theatrical versions which I doubt there was that much extra usable footage, but it does from all accounts like Rogue One started out going in one direction and then edited (pretty well) into something else.
Did it look this fat as a concept? It looks like it went from resembling Model S (good) to resembling Model X (less good)
