There are tons of 2012, 2013,and 2015 991s that were optioned out to gts levels. So many in fact that Porsche made it its own factory trim leave. Imagine that.

And the 991.2 was announced as a 2016 model in 2015. Which makes the 991 gts the end of life badge for the 991.1.

You do realize that the 991 gts was available only near the end of that model year. You can absolutely get a cs with same options as the gts. The cs just needed to have been specced before the gts badge was introduced.
