To be fair: Local news networks have, for decades, worked extra hard to make the weather report interesting. Strip away all the graphics and maps and weather reporters, and it’s just a list of numbers.

Fair point.
When dad kept getting the, “When are you guys gonna have kids?” questions, he started responding with, “We’re still practicing on making them.”
No, we get that. The problem is that 100% of his realize “tunneling efficiency” to date comes from the fact that he’s building small scale tunnels not viable for the application he’s supposed to be moving towards.
That’s not the point that I’m arguing.
Oh, right. Sorry. Five people.
The movie was already long enough without them dwelling on the social consequences of 50% of the population dying for a complete explanation. :P
I don’t think we saw all 30 of them had been snapped, though, right? Just 5 or 6 of them?
I mean, the reason why they may have been narratively important enough to focus on in the previous movie is because they were going to get snapped and continue being part of the story.
Why would the story spend time on characters…
I know that in a realistic setting, the super-rich Waynes probably could not have been saints, but I still inherently kind of hate any comic/movie/fanfic where a big background element is “Hey, what if [Thomas Wayne/Uncle Ben/any other kind and caring dead person in a superhero’s origin story] was actually an asshole b…
I absolutely do not have to admire that.
Kinja is cropping GIFs in the replies for some time now. I don’t know what’s up with that. Click the upper left corner of the image for the whole thing.
That man being everyone in the US that's been paying attention.
Yeah, I agree that it’d be great if they explore Ollie’s dealing with his.....deal, but I’m guessing it would’ve been too long until it gets revealed and resolved in next year’s big crossover so if they decided to show him dealing with it, it’d be late this season or the first half of next season.
I know right, it’s ridiculous. Seriously, Diaz is WAY past his expiry date.
Well I guess we’ll see. As long as Diaz is around, it seems that the Longbow Hunters would never really take bigger roles. I honestly don’t understand the obsession with Kirk Acevedo anyways.......
I hope not. It’s weird that we haven’t read anything from the EPs about the Longbow Hunters this season, do they just throw them away like the villains of the weeks?
For thug’s sake, I hope not. I think they are gonna show up again, though I REALLY hope if/when they do, it’s as big bads or major villains instead of the Dante guy or boring Diaz. Being mere hired guns any longer would hinder their potentials.
Yeah I remembered, they did vanish around that time. If this Dante guy is gonna be the big bad then he/she better be an interesting character or at least poses a legit threat, but why bother introducing the Longbow Hunters if you’re gonna put them in the background then kinda just disappear for so long?
I know right. Longbow Hunters should just kill Diaz and steps up as the big bads for the rest of the season. They working for him is just insulting.
Yeah, he should just be killed off and over with. He is a BORING character, a street thug who is clearly NOT physically strong enough to outmatch Ollie, NOT a smart villain judging by his stupidity from the ‘Dragon’ episode last season onwards, he ‘controlled’ every part of the city because.......... plot…
