You definitely need the blender for bulletproof coffee. If it isn’t an emulsion, it is going to be gross. I use 1 tbsp unsalted butter and 1 tbsp MCT oil. I’m also doing keto so I drink it to add fat to my diet. It’s an easy way to get calories for energy in the morning (in addition to the caffeine).
