Father here as well. I never planned on having kids ...but it turns out that I did...Here are my observations now that my kids are teenagers (14 & 16)...

I second the grilled (or sauteed) vegetables. Asparagus, corn, squash, onions and peppers are all great and super easy to make. Heat pan, add a little oil, add veg and move it around every so often until browned.

Next up: watching paint dry, water boil and grass grow. All about as entertaining as watching a bunch of old guys in suits trade people like commodities.

Same here. The level of fitness between the two of us is a lot different. Plus, goals are different. She wants to lose weight (more cardio) and I want to gain strength (more weights). Even on exercises like running, our paces would be completely different and either one is working too hard or not hard enough.

I had a 2012 GTI and traded for a 2015 GTI. I’d take the 2015 hands down any day. The added torque makes a huge difference. The handling is also much better than the outgoing model. I had so much front-end push in my old car. CR is cray.
