You mistook my comment. I meant more as a colleague-helping-colleague in a field commonly considered misogynistic. A woman taking her own empowerment to assist another woman. I don't doubt that people of all genders will contribute and it's all appreciated and of equal value.

I lived in Arizona for two years and chose my apartment in large part because it was close to a dog park (so I get the importance of a dog park, especially to apartment dwellers).
