I liked jalopnik’s articles better when they told me things, then we commented about the validity of that claim. This crowdsourcing of content is getting old.

What, trying to stem the tide of heating up the planet?
I bet you call them “ricers” too
Incorrect take.
Thank god I am not your friend.
I don’t think an addition of 4 LEDs is going to impact the cost of each tail light by much, considering that they also contain the radar for BSM and a couple dozen other LED for the indicators, running, brake and back up lights. I am pretty sure the actual brains of this are elsewhere on the truck.
I get that blacked out is a bit overdone, but to my eye that 2022 model looks SO much better than the 2014 you posted. To each their own of course.
This would be a better article with more research and sources. Without understanding the data model this is all just guess work and conjecture.
When I bought my C4 I requested one of those OBD2 dongles from Nationwide to see if I could get cheaper insurance. They needed like six weeks of driving data so I installed it in spring/summer time when I used it as my DD. After about a week I forgot it was there and still ended up driving the entirety of those six…
There’s going to be a million people agreeing with you, so I’ll just get this out of the way now.
Yall really didn't so ANY research on the 200sx huh? That thing had a beast of an engine that could take mods...the SR20DE........
I think the 200SX SE-R is probably not the car OP thought. Had the same SR20DE and 5-speed gearbox with LSD that the predecessor Sentra SE-R had, but was said to ride and handle better with lower NVH.
Frankly, a LSD, skids plates and a bit more ground clearance is all most people need to get a bit more outdoorsy. The target market for the “overlanding look” is people who want to drive on some dirt roads and camp off the grid...... No one buying a timberline is taking it to MOAB and running rock crawling trails.
The Jalopnik short story contest. Pick a car-write a 500 word story about why.
I’m looking for long form journalism, not a tweet.
Thinking about the circumstances that led to these abandoned cars is quite sad. Could be the owners traveled alone and died at their destination with no next of kin to be found.
That seems like something a size queen would say (what the elf said, not you... unless you are then that is ok too)
They’re all cringe. This still feels unnecessary. The puns and cringe are part of what makes WoW what it is.
