You could grab a pre-built with a 3080. Get the card and sell the other part (or your older system). That's the easy and cheap way to finally grab a gpu lately, as you pay only 200 to 300 above the regular price.

Or you can order an Aya neo, which is a ryzen handheld running windows 10. It can game on every title supporting a gamepad, and even if it won't go full 4k 120fps it's a pretty good alternative.
