The fact this is locked at 30 FPS tells me that this is almost certainly going to be essentially the same version we already have on PC and PS3. At this point, the PC version with TSFix is probably the best option, but even that is only 30 FPS (but at least it’s stable and it fixes the 720p and blur “features”).
