Correct but Xbox gave hints at better integration in a joking twitter exchange with Discord earlier this year. I’d say borderlands even has more robust multiplayer considering it doesn’t tend to wipe people’s accounts, and better handles playing with people who are ahead of you in the story than Outriders does. Not to mention that terrible map and fast travel mechanics.
