You must be from elsewhere in the world. On US domestic flights the first class toilet is the same as coach, sometimes worse in that it’s smaller because it’s in the front of the plane.

Since only purchased platinum can be traded someone has to spend the money. Even then odds are fair they used discounts. In my case I bought a prime access pack early on (and tennocon digital ticket last year) because I wanted to support the company/content and used that platinum as a seed for slots and trading.
