All Grado's are quantifiably "colored", even the PS series. So are most any reference headphones, with the rare exception of a handful of reference canal phones, which have the distinct luxury of not dealing with the acoustics of your outer ear (and for the best, to be molded for a perfect fit).

That's actually how they managed to get the libraries they did, they made it more lucrative to the artists (and labels). In Apple's case it was to sell ipods as fast as possible, in amazon's it was to compete with apple.

I doesn't matter if you aren't using your legal name, just the name you actually go by in real life is fine (I'm assuming you don't go by "spittingangels" with all your friends and family, which would mean you're just weird :P). It's overly complicated, there's no real point to "placing" an application as opposed to just opening it (unless you're a control freak). Otherwise it's just a more visual way to switch apps than the current icon method.

If you are looking primarily for SCP/SFTP, in my experience WinSCP performs better than Filezilla or Cyberduck (disclaimer, I have not used the most recent versions of either). I also like that it's light, simple, and self contained in a single portable executable.
