But I’m not an experienced assassin, so...

everyone’s a superhero, everyone’s a captain kirk

I actually think it’ll be Abraham.

Walking out last night, I opined that the best thing about this movie was that it made me want to go and replay Ensemble Studios “Age of Mythology” game again. http://store.steampowered.com/app/266840/

I know it’s a huge franchise with a lot of detractors, but I’m surprised Furious 7 didn’t get a nomination given the great SFX work they did after the death of Paul Walker.

Seriously, imagine him doing that lip-bite at anything: a chair, a car, My Little Pony toys, a thermos, even a Republican presidential candidate.

That line about guarding against the 1% chance Supes could wipe everyone out reminded me a lot of the speech from “World War Z” about the 10th man doctrine.

I kind of like the idea of a Deadpool movie that sits outside the standard cinematic universe(s) and can do its own thing without regard for being forced into larger story points or tie-ins.

What the heck is going on with Alfred’s hands?

“Oh, and then Jon Snow wargs into a goat and spends the rest of the series trapped in a goat body,”

I don’t know, if there’s no real Jedi around anymore, wouldn’t Kylo Ren’s swordplay training be minimal? Aside from practice hacks of various computer consoles, it maybe confined to some scrums with those riot squad stormtrooper guys and their weird club thing.

And the Moby closing tune, “Extreme Ways”. I really like how they used that closer over and over for the end scene & the start of the credits.

The explanation just has to seem reasonable from a certain point of view.

Could she be Obi-Wan’s Granddaughter? Perhaps after the order disintegrated he felt less obligated to follow his vows while watching over Luke...

Yeah, it’s somewhat criminal that Urban hasn’t really been able to headline a big successful tentpole. From a baddie in one of the Bourne movies, through LotR, Riddick, Dredd, Trek - he’s done a lot of stuff that’s been fun. I think even Almost Human could’ve gone somewhere good if the network and viewers had given a
