Beats sound great but they've broken too many times for me to just go back. In comparison, how are yours, sound wise?

Can they enable a mode so it insults you back. I hope they continuously update it

I have friends on Verizon who want one but are locked in contracts still. AT&T is nicer about upgrades b/w how they use to move the dates up for customers within a 6 month range and annual upgrades for people with expensive bills.

Surprisingly Apple had everything still. Best Buy only got enough for their pre-orders and Target had 16gbs left

I'd assume and hope so. Last year, people still had to wait in lines and be there for shipments for over a month

I'm getting $325 for a 4 on CL. I originally posted $375 but got impatient. Anyone with a 4, I'd recommend Best Buy or Target, both $250+ for a 32gb 4. 200 for a 16g at Target. Its safer and more convenient than online so if you're just trying to cover the cost of the new phone, it should be ok.

The fact that I don't have to deal with iTunes and iPhoto taking forever makes it worth it. I'm sure I'll sync with the wire sometimes but yay

I'm an iFanboy but I feel bad for the business users.

Terribly. Took forever. Cancelled multiple times. Lost notes that were really important to me, re-arranged all my apps and installed old ones I'd deleted. My iPad is going now and has failed twice. I'm annoyed and have better things to do.
