Well...the LS7 is a 7.0L engine, so you can kind of go off of that.

I'd be lying if that wasn't part of my intent. But it's a question I posed the last time I was car shopping. I had a super efficient Cruze, but it had a tiny gas tank so the range was mediocre. My wife's Malibu is less efficient but the range on that thing is phenomenal.

New question idea. Same train of thought.
