I think he should be able to play until after his trial. I say this as someone who was accused by an ex of some serious things (not rape) and had to deal with months of court and lots of people assuming I was a criminal.

This is a female judge that took the time to condemn the photographer's legal actions as "repellent and disturbing." While the law needs changing, I don't think anyone should be advocating for judges that deliberately misinterpret a law to suit their personal beliefs.
