I feel bad for both parties involved. Because GM is looking at health care costs rising 3X the rate of inflation and I'm sure that's going to catch up to them. And the UAW in one of the few semi strong unions left in this country and is trying to hold onto their members benefits and salary.  Yes GM is posting strong

My Honda Civic weights 1200kg and is pushed by 120HP.

For real, though, loud pipes don’t save lives.

What does it look like upside down in a ditch on fire?

If one of these cars commits a traffic violation in autonomous mode, how is that handled? Who gets the ticket? How are “points” distributed in regards to the (presumably identical) fleet and what happens when too many “points” are accumulated?

Playing cards on the spokes will take care of that!

This is the right idea, but I think you’ve got the output backwards. Gyroscopic forces from a spinning engine tend to make the bike more stable, and thus more resistant to quickly turning in.

I’m sorry but you do realize that people still build hot rods right? Like people still buy old cars and drop cash on go-faster bits and fat tires with no intention of professionally drag racing said machine. I’m sure the truck is fine running the occasional even drag event in between car shows.

This shit show demonstrates just how out of touch Trump’s administration is with reality. On one hand whining about other countries not buying US products.

Nowhere in that quote is there any implication that China is an innocent party. But let us not forget who started this, only because he is a petulant child who wants to prove a non-existent point. All while fucking over the “forgotten class” of people that he was promising to protect when he was running for office.

I currently lease a car and I opted for the wheel and tire coverage. In a place like Michigan, it’s always a good bet. On my DD that I own, I always get the tire road hazard insurance for each tire. Have used it like 3 times. And they aren’t even crazy low profiles on either one.

I remember when 14s were standard, 15s were an upsell, and heavy cargo vans might use 16s.

I think it depends on what state you live in. If you live in one with harsh winters that make big potholes, low profile tires mean you’re going to be buying replacement wheels a lot.

I call those abominations “wagon wheels”. Why do you think people gave up those silly Abarth edition Fiat 500s?

Small sidewall, big rim size is a fad that needs to die.

The prettiest cars have big rubber.

I bought a car that came with 40 series winter tires- halfway through winter 3 wheels were messed up and all 4 tires had nasty sidewall bulges- went up to 55 and never looked back

Apparently you don’t want Ford to be profitable. Just put out models you want. You are a Jalop through and through. Brown station wagon with a manual transmission is absolutely in your driveway.

2nd: We don’t need unions, because Trump promised to “bring back” manufacturing. He promised a victory for the factory worker, and carried Michigan because of his promises.
