This story sticks out to me because I recently purchased a used but like new Volt.It has taken endless hours to figure out how to simply use the heater and AC.Once mastered,I plan to then figure out how to use the radio.

The real solution to driving a reliable car is to become a gearhead like the rest of us.Anything will eventually become unreliable when suffering from lack of good judgement and regular maintenance.Simply buying more vehicles only makes it worse.
