The first Vigilante was a cowboy. The second was a Punisher-like character who debuted in the early 1980s. The version in “Peacemaker” appears to be based on the latter.

Yeah, that was a questionable plot choice in retrospect. I wonder if this series will even touch that.
Holy crap, it’s Vigilante in all his ‘80s glory!
And all of these theories should be true.
Ah, nice perch! That’ll do.
Jake was hoping to tapp’er.
Betty with a British accent.
Cena proudly doing his whole uber-patriotic superhero and completely unaware of himself yet somehow vulnerable seems like a winner to me. I’m in.
LOL thanks.
What’s the final line Cena says about his eagle? It’s hard to hear.
I agree with Leslie, when Alessandro starts speaking Italian to Michela, the sparks fly off the screen!
LOL, I immediately checked eBay.
I’m not sure about that. The Office is pretty popular with the younger generation.
Well said. I think it’s also the ready availability of these shows for streaming. You had nightly re-runs back in the ‘90s, but now these shows have an even greater presence, all the time.
At my local high school, there’s a tradition where all the seniors get to paint their parking spots with whatever designs they choose. It’s a fairly decent gauge of the teenage cultural zeitgeist of the moment. I was surprised by the references I saw to Friends and The Office in their parking spot designs this fall.…
Now I want the LEGO Tim Whatley set and Puddy.
I think the Bond movies could benefit from reintroducing more escapist fun and a charming, devilish lead, a mix of the best of the Connery and Moore eras.
That’ s not nice. Bad Kevin.
I didn’t know that! Was Coulter uninterested in him so he settled with the next best thing, another batshit loony, conservative blonde?
But who cares? Sarah Paulson is great in this role.
