Even knowing the true story, the ghost still freaks me out.

OMG, that scene when Ness’ good guy persona finally explodes on the rooftop!
Magnum never dented the Ferrari? Ho ho, you must have forgotten all those car repair bills Higgins made him pay for out of his meager salary!
There was an A.V. Club writer named Zack Handlen.
Related to Zack??
It’s unfortunate that X-Files’ biggest problem became Chris Carter. As hard as he tried, his mythology episodes just weren’t very good (a trend which began late in the run of the original series). Had he handed the primary writing duties off to someone else, we might have been much better off. Maybe there even would…
It’s so sad that that episode is probably going to be the last X-Files hour ever produced.

Yeah, Excalibur is my favorite King Arthur movie right alongside Holy Grail. Excalibur has some shaky acting in spots, but it perfectly captures the overall mystery and murkiness of the King Arthur legend.
As a kid, it felt to me like the movie just ran out of money so they ended it, and I was disappointed they never found the Grail. I still kinda feel that way, but appreciate the absurdity of the ending.
I hope this is a massive success and leads to Snyder getting to continue his DC film universe, at least to wrap up the Darkseid storyline. I don’t care about the groaning and complaints; I enjoyed his films, even with their flaws.

Poor Marvin got no respect. He was desperate to impress Chuck.
Do you think Netflix really considers “The Irishman” a failure because it didn’t win any Oscars? It was nominated, and I imagine that streaming viewership and increased subscriptions would be the truer gauges of Netflix’s investment.
He was exactly right for this movie.
I think someone asks Bond if he’s ever been married and he’s very standoffish about it.
I wish Lazenby had stayed on for more films (resulting in this movie not having been so overlooked), although I genuinely enjoy Roger Moore and have come to appreciate him more over the years. I thought Dalton was wonderful and short-changed, so the idea of him starting his Bond career here and playing it through…
THANK YOU for giving this film its due. It’s become my favorite Bond film over the years, the one I’ll go back and watch multiple times. This movie gets so much right, from the action to the score to the many memorable sequences and genuinely great story with character depth. It’s a crime Peter Hunt didn’t get to…
